Receiving your Sheds n Homes Building
The team at Sheds n Homes Mid North Coast want to ensure you receive the best possible service, and to do this, we need your help.
Buying a shed of any kind is serious business, and we need you to take it seriously with us. So here’s an explanation of the delivery process – and what is required of you.
Your new steel structure won’t be sent to manufacturing until you have paid for your order in full. We have 23 manufacturing facilities throughout the country, and once we have received your payment, your shed will be sent to the closest one to you.
Sheds n Homes Mid North Coast will be in contact with you to advise you on a likely delivery date.
Delivery of your Steel Building
We will need the site location and also delivery instructions, such as obstructions or any possibly difficulties that the drivers may have when bringing your rather large structure to your site.
Bill of Materials
This is where we need your help. Obviously you will want to be there when your shed is delivered, or at the very least, have someone you trust to sign it off. We just need you to go through the bill of materials with the driver to ensure everything on your bill of materials has been delivered, and is in good order. Please make note of anything that hasn’t been delivered, and take photographs of items you believe to be damaged.
If you are not there to receive your building, then the driver will sign off on the bill of materials and their word will be final.
